Steven is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College with a BA in Business Management. Before moving to Vail in 1994 he had been Secretary Treasurer for Homestead Savings, was a top producer for Dominion Bankshares, and had a minority ownership in Drake Mortgage located in Bellevue, Washington. Steve moved to Vail in 1994 and opened Eagle River Mortgage in 1996.

Tracy is a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She was a Series 7 and 63 licensed stock broker in Virginia Beach before moving to Vail in 1989. For over 10 years Tracy has been taking excellent care of her Eagle County and Front Range customers as a successful mortgage broker.
